i have always loved art! my earliest memories growing up, i was aware of fine art (painting, sketching, etc...) but had not heard of graphic design. as a child i was not strong enough to pursue my dream since it appeared impossible to attain. lack of confidence and direction are a sure way to get no where. the fear of failure outweighed the chance of success in my mind.
as life directed and taught me, you
cannot allow fear to keep you from living out your dreams. i had the opportunity
to learn graphic design from the bottom up while my husband was stationed
at yokota air base, japan. not only had i discovered a passion, i then
had the opportunity to attend art school.
during my two years of art instruction,
i met so many incredible individuals. beautiful minds and souls, talent
that just wouldn't end. this was an opportunity of a life time and i was
blessed to have received it. this was one of my dreams, and I was able
to live it.
the older i become, the clearer it
is how little i truly know. that doesn't sadden me-it challenges me. never
stop learning, never stop living.
there is no good without the bad!
